Prof. Devika Madalli, Director of INFLIBNET Centre, UGC-IUC, Gandhinagar, is an eminent academic and researcher with expertise in digital libraries, knowledge organization, open data repositories, and semantic web technologies. She has served as Professor at the Documentation Research and Training Centre, Indian Statistical Institute, and adjunct faculty at the University of Trento, Italy. Prof. Madalli has contributed extensively to global initiatives, working with UNESCO, UNFAO, OECD, and the European Commission. A Fulbright and Erasmus Mundus fellow, she serves on international boards, advisory panels, and editorial committees, advancing knowledge infrastructures, open access, and research data management worldwide.
